1978 Jaguar XJS V12 Coupe

This numbers-matching 1978 Jaguar XJS Coupe is an awesome low-mileage example that remains in a wonderfully preserved condition. With its sleek, distinctive body lines and spacious cabin, the XJS Coupe delivers a unique blend of style and refinement that some enthusiasts feel surpasses its roadster counterpart! Powered by a fuel-injected 5.3-liter V12 engine with dual exhaust, the XJS offers an exceptionally smooth driving experience, perfect for relaxed touring or spirited backroad cruising.

This XJS also features a 3-speed automatic floor shift transmission and a variety of factory options, including bucket seats, driving lights, an AM/FM/8-Track stereo, factory climate control with heat and A/C, power windows and door locks, and cruise control. It also retains its original owner's manual, jack, and a batch of maintenance and registration records dating back to the 1970s!

Previously under the care of a longtime collector, this Jaguar was stored in climate-controlled conditions for many years. Now, Classic Showcase has performed a comprehensive servicing and detailing that included:

• Cleaning and reinstalling fuel injectors
• Installing a new fuel injection harness
• Replacing fuel lines, filter, and hoses
• New spark plugs, plug wires, and tachometer sensor
• Replacing all belts
• New sway bar bushings
• Replacing IRS mounts
• New upper and lower tie rod ends on both sides
• Full detailing of the body, undercarriage, and interior
• Complete fluid change across all systems

Currently showing less than 50,000 original miles on the odometer, this XJS is ready to bring many more miles of enjoyment to its next owner!
