JULY 2026

San Diego Jaguar Club's Concours D'Elegance

Tom and Debbie Krefetz earned top honors at the 2026 San Diego Jaguar Club Concours d'Elegance with their 1950 Jaguar XK120 Alloy Roadster (restored by Classic Showcase), receiving a perfect score of 100.00 points in the C2/120 Jaguar XK120 (1948–1954) class. The Jaguar also captured the prestigious Best in Show award, recognizing it as the top vehicle of the entire concours. This achievement marked the car's third perfect 100-point score in competition during 2026, securing its status as a National Champion. The XK120 Alloy Roadster will next appear during Monterey Car Week in August 2026, where it is scheduled to be showcased at Monterey British, Hagerty's Motorlux, and The Quail, A Motorsports Gathering. JUNE 2026

San Marino Motor Classic

Tom and Debbie Krefetz's 1950 Jaguar XK120 Alloy Roadster continued its outstanding 2026 concours campaign with a First in Class award at the prestigious San Marino Motor Classic. Competing in the British Sports Cars (1946-1964) class against an exceptional field of distinguished collector automobiles, the rare Alloy Roadster once again demonstrated the authenticity, craftsmanship, and meticulous attention to detail behind its restoration. The award marked another significant achievement for the XK120, continuing an impressive concours season while further reinforcing Classic Showcase's tradition of restoring automobiles capable of competing at the highest level.

Tom and Debbie Krefetz's recently completed 1950 Jaguar XK120 Alloy Roadster made an impressive concours debut at the 2026 Jaguar Owners Club of Los Angeles Concours d'Elegance, held during the club's 70th Anniversary celebration in Huntington Beach. Competing against an outstanding field of Jaguars representing nearly every era of the marque's history, the XK120 earned a perfect score of 100.000 points in the C2/120 class, one of only two perfect scores awarded during the concours. The achievement reflected the exceptional authenticity, craftsmanship, and presentation of this rare Alloy Roadster while marking the beginning of an extraordinary 2026 concours season. The car would go on to earn additional perfect scores, multiple Best in Class awards, Best in Show honors, and ultimately secure its status as a National Champion.

MAY 2026

I​TALY on WHEELS
Folsom, California
May 15, 2026      

A longtime Classic Showcase client earned Best of Show honors at the 13th Annual Italy on Wheels event, held at the Historic Murer House and Gardens in Folsom, California, on May 15, 2026 with his beautifully restored 1969 Fiat 124 Sport Coupe. The award recognized years of restoration work by Classic Showcase, including extensive body and paint restoration, refinishing the car in its correct period color, and ongoing service and support. Adding to the accomplishment, the owner drove the Fiat from San Diego to Northern California, participated in the event, and completed the return trip without issue - a fitting testament to both the quality of the restoration and the enjoyment of driving this remarkable Italian sports coupe!

APRIL 2026

Tom and Debbie Krefetz's 1950 Jaguar XK120 Alloy Roadster represented Classic Showcase at the prestigious 2026 La Jolla Concours d'Elegance, where the freshly restored Jaguar made another impressive appearance among an outstanding collection of collector automobiles. The event provided an opportunity to showcase the exceptional quality and authenticity of the restoration while serving as an early highlight in what would become a remarkable 2026 concours season for the rare Alloy Roadster.

Victory  at the ​Arizona Concours d'Elegance...

A beautifully restored 1966 Jaguar E-Type prepared by Classic Showcase earned top honors in its class at the prestigious 2026 Arizona Concours d'Elegance, one of the premier events of Arizona Car Week. Set against the backdrop of the Scottsdale Civic Center, the concours attracted an outstanding field of historically significant automobiles competing at the highest level. The award reflected the exceptional craftsmanship, authenticity, and attention to detail invested throughout the restoration process, while continuing Classic Showcase's tradition of concours success on behalf of our clients. We congratulate the owner on this well-deserved achievement and look forward to many more appearances on the concours field.
