Tom's 1959 Jaguar XKSS next to our collector
client's 1963 Jaguar E-Type Coupe.
The Huntington Beach Concours, which was initially introduced in 1986,
proudly takes place on the scenic grounds of Huntington Beach Central
Park. Nestled beside the Huntington Beach Public Library & Cultural
Resource Center, situated at Talbert and Goldenwest, Central Park serves
as the perfect backdrop for this esteemed event. Embracing a wide range
of entrants, our selection encompasses top-tier automobiles and
motorcycles spanning various origins, from domestic and British to
European and Asian, spanning both vintage classics and contemporary
models.
We are thrilled to announce that Tom Krefetz and the team from Classic
Showcase proudly achieved great showings at the event, with a perfect score of 100 first place in the S3/REP: Replica (non-production, Jaguar powered) class for his recently restored 1959 XKSS Re-creation. The XKSS impressed many on the show field, much to the delight of Tom and the team. In addition to the XKSS, Tom and the team also achieved a fine showing in the C5/E1: E-Types, Series 1 (1961-67) class with a score of 99.350 for our recently restored 1965 XKE Roadster. We would also like to congratulate one of our collector client friends, who achieved a first place showing and score of 99.910 for his 1963 XKE Coupe!
In addition to the Jaguars, the event was
brimming with a remarkable collection of classics, providing attendees with a truly diverse selection of cars; please enjoy the photo galleries below, and be sure to mark you calendars for next year's Huntington Beach concours!
