SPECIAL BUILDS:
1956 FORD F100 RESTORATION

Your Ideas Become Our Passion...

WINTER 2020 UPDATE:

Our good client whom we are building this truck for, had a 1956 Ford F100 pickup truck and restored it with his dad many years ago. Right after it was restored, it was stolen. The client had always wanted this truck and had been crushed ever since this incident happened. He approached us with the task of revamping the project and found an original black-plate California truck that we are now building to his wish-list of specifications. The color will be a metallic Candy Apple Opalescent Maroon, with a Dark Tan leather interior, with contrasting Maroon stitching in the upholstery, and diamond patterns on the seats, door panels and headliner. This color combination will create a very striking look, and is sure to become quite a head turner.

ASSEMBLY:
Setup and fit on Frame and new parts

Classic Showcase is taking this truck to a Show-level, body-off concours restoration. The photos you see are finished body shots in primer, except for the hood, which is in the process of etching primer to then have its body worked. We are in essence building the truck twice. What you see in this issue’s photo gallery is our mock-up build of the truck, then we will take it all apart, perform a wet sand and buff, and after that reassemble the truck all over again.
