History
Complete restoration by Jaguar Specialist David Ferguson of Northern California. Fully documented high level restoration. Matching numbers original XKE. This is a multiple time show winner. First place winner at JCNA scoring a 99.92. All numbers match. This is a very rare color, Coswald Blue. Taken down to bare metal, complete mechanical restoration and rebuild, all new interior and chrome. The 3.8 engine was rebuilt to factory specifications matching and calibrated with new pistons, bearings, valves, guides, seals, timing chain, head completely rebuilt, rebuilt carburetors, clutch, all new brake parts, drive shaft balanced, restored shocks, part of the chassis and many other parts powder coated, new suspension, under carriage rebuilt, new wire harness, gas tank restored and epoxy sealed, rebuilt fuel pump, all electrical components, gauges, knobs, switches rebuilt, rescreened or replaced, top bows and seat frames powder coated, replaced stone guards, new triplex windshield, new drip panels, new exhaust system, rear end completely rebuilt as well as the transmission. 5 matching tires and wheels
