The "mid-year" Jaguar XKEs has, likewise, gained collector attention because of their beauty and simplistic design which carried over largely unblemished from the early Series I cars. This 1966 Jaguar Series I E-Type is from the best of all the series XKEs to collect, drive, and appreciate. It is a true Series I E-Type. It features the 4.2 engine with fully synchronized manual transmission, comfortable bucket seats, center console, arm rest, and an improved brake system. Also, the Series I 4.2 features highly attractive covered headlights, toggle switches and full instrumentation.
